Cancellation Policy
•If you have to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be required to pay 50% of your service total.
•If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no show and you will be charged 50% of your service cost.
•If you do not show up to your appointment, and fail to reach out to me you will be charged 50% of your service total and will be denied any future appointments.
**All fees must be paid BEFORE you can reschedule or book your next appointment. The fee does not go towards your next service**
•I do not preform services on children under the age of 10. l only provide gel services which are harmful for their growing and developing nail beds.
•The only exception for children is when they have a scheduled appointment with one of our professionals.
•Please note that we do not have a waiting area or additional space to accommodate extra guests during your service.
•If you arrive with your child or extra guests, we will need to ask you to reschedule.
